About Me
Hi! My name is Richard
I am 42 years and of Danish/African descent, living in Copenhagen, Denmark where I grew up. About five years ago I saw a commercial about a masterclass featuring David Lynch, (1946 to 2025) and his approach on multi-disciplinary creativity. His short advice in the commercial sparked my interest in creativity, especially in illustration for games, music and creative writing. As an avid gamer I aspire to become a 2D concept artist, graphic storyteller and musician thanks to David Lynch.

Drawing sessions at the Atelier
About four hours per week, I put in drawing time at "Evening school for Skabertrang". I work on my warm up sketching techniques, and I make artwork for my portfolio.
Art sessions in life drawing
I am a part of a small croquis club in Valby where I am improving my ability to shade my portraits so they look real.
Art classes in classic foundations (36 hours)
I gained practical experience in drawing objects in 3D, light/shadow, portraits and perspective.
Highschool Art (C - level), grade D
I passed my art exam, where I gained practical knowledge about color theory, composition, painting and art history.
